Welcome
Welcome to L. Houle's Ed Tools. The focus of my website is on No Registration Web 2.0 tools or also called No Signup Web 2.0 tools and 20th Century research resources. Besides LHouleEdTools I maintain a presence on LiveBinders.com. My LiveBinders combine my website and tabs of resources so that you can interact with websites right within a binder. Click above on About LHoule then My Public Library of LiveBinders to find an embedded view of my LiveBinders. I test each site whenever possible results are shared on example pages as well as in my individual presentation LiveBinders. All links are regularly verified and/or updatedto keep resources current. (For my thoughts on link validity click here.) The drop down menu is my sitemap. If you have a comment or idea to share, click on my contact form link below. Why No Registration (No Signup) Web 2.0 Tools?
Since my list of No registration Tools began in 2008 the increase in tools students can use to produce, publish, collaborate and evaluate has increased significantly! With No Registration (No SignUp) Web 2.0 tools that require no usernames/passwords or email addresses, they have quick free web browser access anytime/anywhere to explore, test and evaluate their ideas with a variety of different tools. I test all tools for viability before listing them and my test results are shared on my example pages. Tools are divided under the categories: Creativity, Collaboration, Converstion, Multimedia, Photo Image, Presentation and Productivity.
20th Century Decades Resources The list of 20th century resources began in 2000 for an 8th grade Language Arts project and that early start has grown into a resource for anyone interested in 20th century history. In the early days of the 21st century many individuals, teachers, grad assistants, and professors provided a marvelous selection of content. From that list a continuous list of new resources has been added. And thanks to the Web Archive, valuable sites that would have disappeared are still available. With the addition of a 20th Century Decades LiveBinder visitors can interact directly with websites all from one URL. Enjoy a walk through history! |
